This 19th century cellar in Odessa, Ukraine, has been reincarnated as Shustov, a brandy museum and bar designed by Belenko Design. Wood is the material of choice here with oaken timber tables and the tops of barrels arranged all over the walls in multi-layered patterns. The show stopping ceiling has been covered with approx. 20,000 brandy bottles, creating an undulating installation of light. Shustov’s bespoke chairs have also been designed by Belenko Design Band. It's a great example of using one material en mass to great effect. Inspiring bar interior.
