Located in Fitzrovia London is a new restaurant & bar called Dabbous designed by Brinkworth. The first solo venture of Ollie Dabbous. Dabbous has worked at Texture, Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, The Fat Duck, Noma, and WD-50. A pretty good CV to say the least, I hope to get down there soon to see for myself.Dabbous is set over two levels with an industrial interior featuring exposed brickwork, metal mesh, blown glass lighting and has a basement bar.
My favourite element is an array of blown glass lamps over the stair with curved copper and steel piping.
The food looks amazing & like an artwork in itself.
